GREETINGS

WHEREAS it is provided by section 27(1) of the Constitution of Anguilla that the Governor, acting in accordance with the advice of the Chief Minister, may, by directions in writing, assign to any Minister responsibility for the conduct (subject to the provisions of the Constitution and any other law) of any business of the Government of Anguilla including responsibility for the administration of any department of Government:

NOW, I, CHRISTINA SCOTT, Governor of Anguilla, by virtue of the power vested in me by section 27(1) of the Constitution of Anguilla, and acting in accordance with the advice of the Chief Minister, hereby assign to you:

VICTOR FRANKLIN BANKS

a Minister of the Government of Anguilla, with the responsibility for the conduct (subject to the provisions of the Constitution of Anguilla and of any other law) of the business of the Government of Anguilla, including responsibility for the administration, in respect of the subjects and departments of Government set out in the Schedule hereto.
