The Anguilla Progressive Association of New York, Inc. (APANY) visited The Anguilla Tourist Board of North America on March 15th to announce the recent union with The Optimist Club of Anguilla (OCA).  The purpose of joining forces with the OCA is to provide assistance to Anguillian youth pursuing tertiary education atUnited Statescolleges and universities. The program is sponsored by APANY, a non-profit organization based inNew York. APANY was established in 1996 to assist our island through social, health, and educational initiatives. The Anguilla Tourist Board, North America Office has partnered with APANY on this initiative.
