RAPF REPORT: Police Investigating Aggravated Burglary In The Quarter

Police on Saturday 4th April, 2015 at about 12:40 am responded to a report of a male being brought the Princess Alexandra Hospital with upper body injuries.

Police immediately launched an investigation into the matter an soon learnt that the injuries sustained was as a result of the victim fleeing his premises after armed persons enter the said premises.

It was later discovered that three armed persons had enter the residence in The Quarter, with hoods over their heads and brandishing firearms when the victim fled.

Several pieces of jewelry of an unknown value were eventually discovered missing by the home owner.

The Police are appealing to members of the public who may have witnessed any suspicious or unusual activity in The Quarter around the time of the incident to contact the Valley Police Station. The telephone number is 497-2333 and asks for the Criminal Investigation Department or to speak to any Police Officer of their choice.
