Police on Saturday 4th April, 2015 around 8:00 pm arrested a 27 year old male of Island Harbour for possession of 11.7 grams of Marijuana.

The arrest which occurred in Island Harbour was made by members of the Royal Anguilla Police Force, Drugs and Firearms Task Force who were on duty at the time for the Festival Del Mar activities.
The alleged offender and the drugs were transported to The Valley Police Station where he was later charged for possession of marijuana.
He remains in police custody awaiting an appearance before the Magistrate’s Court for bail.
