RAPF REPORTS: Police Arrest Two for Grievous Bodily Harm

Police on Saturday 21st March, 2015 arrested a 29 years old male and on Sunday 22nd March, 2015 arrested another male 31 years old for Grievous Bodily Harm. Both offenders from South Hill were arrested as a result of an incident which occurred in the early hours of Monday 16th March 2015 at La Cachena Bar, Long Bay.
Both defendants were taken before the Magistrate’s Court and granted bail on today’s date Monday 23rd March 2015, in the sum of EC $50,000.00 with one (1) surety each.
The bail conditions are not to report to the Valley Police Station every Monday, Wednesday and Friday between the hours of 6:00am and 6:00pm, not to interfere with the virtual complainant and to surrender all travel documents. They are both required to seek the court’s permission if it becomes necessary for them to leave the island
They are both due back in court on the Thursday 4th June, 2015 at 9:00am.
