The Coroner in Anguilla has ordered an inquest into the unfortunate death of 18-month-old Kh’mari Frazer on Tuesday, August 12.

A report circulated to the media by the Police stated that they had been informed that the child fell on an electrical cord at home, at South Hill, and was unresponsive.
According to the report, a doctor visited the scene and pronounced the child dead. The same day a pathologist arrived in Anguilla and performed an autopsy to determine the exact cause of death.
