On Thursday 5th Dec the JC Recreational Centre came alive with the sound of latin rhythms as over 15 Zumba Enthusiasts took to the floor! They had been invited to “Ditch the workout and Zumba” as part of Tourism Week 2013.
The ladies were put through their paces by guest Zumba Instructor Tonya Richardson whose passion for the moves kept the energy up during the 60 minute class that included vigorous cardio vascular exercise as well as a toning segment.
