DEATH ANNOUNCEMENT:
Mrs Clorita Caroline Rogers (Miss May)

It is with profound sadness that we announce the death of Mrs. Clorita Caroline Rogers better known as Miss May or Tan May, of Shoal Bay. Her sunrise was on May 01st 1929 and her sunset was on October 31, 2013. She was 84 years of age.

She was the mother of 12 children, including the late Dale (Boyzee Rogers), and is survived by:
2 sons; Henville Blijden, and Honourable Evans McNeil Rogers
8 daughters; Susan Rogers, Linda Bryan, Yvette Rogers, Patricia Gumbs, Phyllis Hodge, Irmin Rogers, Salome Rogers and Caddis Rogers
3 sons-in-law Joseph Hodge, Clinton Bryan, Cleophus Gumbs
2 daughters-in-law: Susan Blijden and Christine Rogers
Special children:
Oden & Wycliffe Smith, Glen Webster, Daphne Armantrading, Brenda and Merlyn Rogers, Fitzroy (Briggy) Tomlison, Cheddy Richardson, Omari Banks, Joseph Vanterpool, Joshua Philip, Nalda Richardson, Macarthur Rogers, Earl Richardson, Ralph Dupont, Cynthia Connor and Verna Harvey in St. Croix, and Myris Maynard in Nevis
26 grandchildren and 28 Great grandchildren at home and abroad

Special niece and caretaker
Lottice Hodge and family

1 Aunt Margaret Ruan
1 Aunt in Law Olive Rogers in St. Martin
1 Godchild Eileen Hodge
4 Sisters In Law: Majorie Vanterpool, Edith Bryan, Armontine Brooks, and Felician Rogers

Maxwell and Helena Vanterpool and family, Emily Peters and family, the Children and family of the late Octavia Brown, the late Randolph Webster, the late Beatrice Reid, the late Elizabeth Vanterpool and the late Hewlett Webster

She also leaves to mourn close family members Mrs. Molly Hodge, Mr Albear Phillip and family, Ms Sylvia Brooks, Ms. Claire Wilson, Ms. Everette Proctor
The children of the late God Mother Mary Harrigan, the children and grandchildren of the late Susanna Rogers, the children and family of the late Victoria Smith, the late Samuel Edward Rogers, the Late Edith Ruan, the late Idalia Gumbs, the late Winifred Hodge, the Late Alma Gumbs, the late Abraham Harrigan, the late Rose (Kuly) Harrigan, the late Mary(Atkin) Rogers, the late Dudus Brooks, the late Justina Payne and the late Tanti Wunti Jane
CLOSE FRIENDS
Hugo Rey, Albert Lake, Davis Lloyd, and their families, Mildred Vanterpool, Evon Hodge, Beulah Webster, Daisy Wong Richardson, Elma Goodridge, Blondell Canigeter, Della Maynard, Phyllis Hodge(cena), Hazel Daniel, Tr. Norma Hughes, Valerie Hunt, Melanie and Chip Trotty, Mabel Gumbs and family, Veronica Smith, Lenore Vanterpool and family, Amy Carty, and many more too numerous to mention

She was related to Rogers, Vanterpools, Websters, Phillips, Smiths, Ruan’s, Harrigans, Bryans and the entire communities of Anguilla.
Viewing will take place on Friday November 15 2013, at Rey’s Funeral home from 6:00pm to 8:30pm

The funeral service will take place on Saturday November 16, 2013 at the St Mary’s Anglican Church at 10:00am.

Viewing and tributes will take place from 9:00am to 9:55am. Interment will be at the church yard cemetery.

It is with deep sadness that we announce the passing of our beloved mother, sister, aunt, cousin and friend Mary J. Webster better known as Tan Mary of the Copse, East End. She departed this life peacefully on Sunday 27th October 2013.

She leaves to mourn her:
Daughter: Marie Horsford
Special Children: Perrinet Hodge, Monroe and Carol Webster and children; children of Claudia Flanders; and Amelia Vanterpool Kubisch and Raoul Vanterpool
Sister: Claris Sasso
Special Sister: Claudia Flanders
Special Brothers: Joseph N Hodge, John Bayne and Joseph Bayne
Uncle: Lemuel Rey
Aunt-in-law: Felicia Rey

Also left to mourn are nieces, nephews, cousins, friends and godchildren too
many to mention via this media.

The Service of Thanksgiving for the life of Mary J Webster will be held at St Augustine’s Anglican Church, East End, on Saturday 16th November 2013 at 3.00 pm. Viewing and tributes: 2 pm to 3.00 pm.

There will be no interment after the service.

SPECIAL REQUEST: NO WREATHS OR FLOWERS
