In addition to the keyboard music at the Sovereign Grace Baptist Church each Sunday morning or week-day service, is some really impressive drumming, keeping pace with the singing and actually directing and enhancing it.

“The Little Drummer Boy”, now 12 years old, is Cheidyn Bryan, a Form I student at Campus B of the Albena Lake-Hodge Comprehensive School. He is the proud son of Dr. and Mrs. Clyde Brfairc2yan.

As expected, he was at the 30th Anniversary Service of Fairplay Group of Companies at the Sovereign Grace Baptist Church on Sunday, January 31, where he performed at his zenith in the presence of a large and appreciative congregation including his parents. His well-coordinated swinging of the drumsticks, and his passionate disposition and performance, caught the engaging attention of the congregation. All eyes were on him and he kept his resolute composure with a great deal of admiration as he drummed away.
The “Little Drummer Boy” started his drumming in the church at the unbelievable age of two years and has progressed to the stage where he is a prolific musician on the drum set.
His mother said he is even better on the keyboard, but prefers the drums – probably because of the noise. He is certainly a sterling example to other young boys and girls who must also be encouraged by their parents and family members to become involved in the art of music.
