The students and teachers of the Morris Vanterpool Primary School were pleased to receive from Mrs. Cora Richardson Hodge, through the H.O.P.E. Centre, a box of school supplies and other items for the Reward Box which rewards students for their good performance and behavior at school.
Mrs. Richardson Hodge made the donation to Teacher Celestine John, Principal of MVPS, on Wednesday, 6th February 2013. Items included pens, pencils, erasers, stickers, glue, envelopes, folders, calculator and math flash cards. In making the donation, Mrs. Richardson Hodge spoke to the boys and girls and congratulated them for the hard work that they have been doing, and encouraged them to continue to work hard in school and to continue to improve their behavior.
