Jonathan Waxman is the chef and owner of Barbuto in New York City, author of cookbooks “A Great American Cook”and “Italian My Way,” and a former contestant on Bravo’s Top Chef Masters Season 2.Waxman is revered nationwide as one of the pioneers of California cuisine and is credited with being the first to bring its style, fusing French cooking techniques with the freshest local ingredients, to New York.
Pastry Chef Johnny Iuzzini has won many accolades including James Beard Foundation “Pastry Chef of the Year”, the “10 Most Influential Pastry Chefs in America” by Forbes, “Best New Pastry Chef” by New York Magazine, and named one of the “Top Ten Pastry Chefs in America” two years in a row by Pastry Arts and Design.
