The British Red Cross, Anguilla Red Cross (ARC), members, volunteers and stakeholders invite you to join us in officially welcoming our new Governing Committee (GC) Members. The Anguilla Red Cross as part of their humanitarian mandate recently held their Annual General meeting 5th of April 2023 to usher in its new board for the period 2023-2024.
The GC of the Anguilla Red Cross ensures that the branch successfully works toward the vision, mission and strategic plan of the branch. They are responsible for upholding the core ethics and values of the branch by setting and reviewing policies, maintaining the organization’s financial integrity and evaluating its operations and effectiveness to safeguard the long-term reputation and assets of the Branch.
The appointment of the following individuals to the Committee therefore favors well for the branch as the following individuals are passionate, driven, and well-versed. They will help to strengthen the branch and help to further the Humanitarian Call in Anguilla and further afield. We therefore invite you to join us to welcome the following persons to the Anguilla Red Cross GC (from left to right) Ms. Jacqueline Sergeant (Treasurer), Mr. Joseph Williams (Trustee), Ms. Micdeasha Hanna (Trustee PR), Mr. Elmead Allen (Vice Chair), Mrs. Latoya Hobbs-Nurse (Director), Ms. Naomi Proulx (Trustee), Mr. Tashim Fleming (Trustee), Ms. Nishara Payne (Secretary), and Mr. Ricky Rouphine (Chairperson).
This new committee is eager to serve our community with their new visions, prospectives, and diversity. We therefore extend our congratulations to the new GC as we usher in the new era for the branch as the auxiliary to the Government of Anguilla.
