His Royal Highness’s legacy will continue through family and the charities he supported.
His commitment to supporting the advancement of youth and championing environmental causes are themes which Anguillians also hold dear. For those reasons, many in Anguilla still fondly remember the visit you made in 1994, accompanied by His Royal Highness. But above all, he will be remembered for his support to you, Your Majesty, and his dedication to serve.

All of our thoughts are with you and the other members of the Royal Family as you come together to mourn this huge loss.

I have the honour to be, Madam, Your Majesty’s humble and obedient servant.

Ellis L. Webster
Premier of Anguilla

CC: Her Excellency Dileeni Daniel-Selvaratnam, Governor of Anguilla
