“Forty years we have grown by leaps and bounds, offering the most modern telecommunication services all designed to give our customers the latest in innovative services,” Mr. Romney said on Tuesday this week, in speaking to reporters. “Our pursuit in excellence has always been to provide top quality customer service.” He said the week of activities would commence on Sunday, October 23 with a divine service at one of the Churches still to be determined; on Monday, October 24, will be a presentation to schools; Tuesday, October 25, will be a community project as part of LIME’s corporate citizenship responsibilities; October 26 will be ‘Wacky Wednesday’ during which a promotion event will take place; Thursday, October 27, will be another promotional event, the details of which will be given later. Friday, October 28, will be Customer Appreciation Day and on Saturday, October 29, LIME will hold a Staff Appreciation event. Mr. Romney noted that in the run-up to the 40th Anniversary LIME had been spreading “love and joy with various early community projects, including working with the homes for the elderly, the carnival celebrations and other events. “Outside of the week of activities there will be some other events, as well, that will all form part of the 40th Anniversary activities,” he added. “You will hear more about those events as we draw closer to the date as many of them are still in the embryonic stage, and they will eventually dovetail in our big Christmas promotion to commence in November.” |
