One of the healthcare persons, who was met at the Princess Alexandra Hospital by the Government and media touring party, on Tuesday, October 27, was the newly-recruited UK Laboratory Technician/Nurse, Ms. Constantina Laou, from Public Health England.

She is on the island to assist the Anguilla Health Authority with setting up and operating the new Covid-19 testing equipment -and administering tests to tourists, in particular, with the November 1 opening of the tourism industry. During the tour, she assisted the Facilities Manager, Mr. Malcom Webster, in explaining the Covid-19 testing and isolation facilities.

Premier Dr. Ellis Webster who, as a Physician, is particularly interested in the healthcare facilities and services, took the opportunity to welcome Ms Laou to Anguilla.
