Premier Dr. Ellis Webster and
Mr. Warren Fleming

Following a period of training, Mr. Warren Fleming, of Island Harbour, is the new uniformed Orderly/Driver for Anguilla’s Premier and Minister of Tourism and Health, Dr. Ellis Webster.
For over two months, a Special Constable, Tristan Hazell, a St. Kitts-Nevis national, who recently joined the Royal Anguilla Police Force, acted as the Premier’s Orderly/Driver.

Mr. Fleming, who was previously employed by the Health Authority of Anguilla, has undergone a period of training – as a Special Constable – and has just assumed has new duties.

Premier Webster has welcomed him to his office and is pleased that, like him, Mr. Fleming, a very polite person, is a resident of Island Harbour. This makes it more convenient for the conducting of the Orderly/Driver duties.
