Three young ladies are the lucky winners of a much-publicised summer promotion by LIME Anguilla called “It’s Your MEGA Moment.”
The winners were announced at a press conference called by the company’s Anguilla Branch. LIME’s Marketing Officer, Jade Reymond, said they were as follows:
The grand prize, a seven-day Royal Caribbean cruise for two persons valued at US$5,000, was won by Laura A. Ruan, who signed up for Internet service. Her trip will likely be in March during her vacation time. The second prize, a Home Entertainment Centre, valued at US$3,000, was won by Carren Ritchie by topping up her phone; and the third prize, one year free Internet service and an Apple Ipad, was won by Elidad Jacobs Baoz by texting “Sumfest”. She scored the highest number – 410 texts.
In order to enter the competition, customers were required to meet one of five obligations: top up their phones by more than EC$20; text “Sumfest” to 3100; pay their bill on time; sign up for a new service; and purchase a new phone.
The three winners expressed must excitement over their good fortune and were grateful to be customers of LIME Anguilla.
LIME’s Acting General Manager, Charmaine Sasso, made the presentations on behalf of Mark Romney who is off island.
