Anguilla will have almost all of its major resorts reopened when Belmond Cap Juluca opens its doors on Monday, December 10, for the first time since the original property, owned by Charles and Linda Hickox, was purchased in mid-2017 by the London-based company. The resort was closed before Hurricane Irma struck Anguilla – following which it entered an 18-month period of renovation and expansion.

The renovation and expansion work was carried out under the leadership of Mr. Tiago Moraes Sarmento, Belmond Cap Juluca’s General Manager.
The opening ceremony will commence at 4.30 pm on Monday, December 10, with the Welcome, Blessing and Cutting of the Ribbon. This will be followed by the serving of culinary delights of Pimms, Cip’s by Cipriani, Maundays Club and The Cap Shack. There will also be musical entertainment.
