Hasani Hennis, the first Anguillian cyclist to have won the highly competitive John T. Memorial Bicycle Race in 20 years, this year, is continuing to widen his experience.
He already has some international experience having been a competitor in the Commonwealth Games in Australia in 2018. Using his experience there, and in Anguilla and other places, he is further developing his cycling skills in a number of competitions for the first time.
Hasani returned to Anguilla on Friday, September 21, from Pensacola, Florida, where he placed third in one of three classic cycling races and 14th overall. He will be participating in the cycling classics in Tobago later on.
He is among a number of emerging Anguillian cyclists for whom there is high regard.
