Dear Mr. Editor.
My name is Apostle Mac Donna I like to register my disaproval of the idea of decriminalization of small amounts of cannabis.
I also will like to inform you that due to treats on my life and family because of the position i took on the issue of decriminalization of cannabis
If the people who smoke cannabis wants to see this bill pass that is up to them.
I have never used it and will never.
If the Ag wants to legalise it let him do so ,we all will see what will become if this nation in a few years.
All of these laws will never affect the AG are his children because he dont have any.
It will surely affect the young people of Anguilla.
Anguilla is a place where some people don’t really understand the danger of this drugs and how it has effected the lives of many young people right in this little country.
I am no longer interested in fighting a battle that really don’t directly affect me.
I think that the families of Anguilla who are presently and directly affected by it they are the ones who art to make their voices heard
But more importantly what other laws there is in the midst of this justices criminal bill?
I think it is time for us as people to really think hard and long about the violence and deaths that were caused by use of drugs.
And many sons and daughters never got the chance to see their 30th birthday.
How many parents who has not gotten over the deaths of their children.
God has spoken to this country and many didn’t take him seriously.
This I know next time he will speak louder
My humbly prayer is that God will grant us his mercy
Apostle Mac Donna
