A number of taxi-drivers, from across Anguilla, were thanked for their services to CuisinArt Golf Resort and Spa, and the Reef by CuisinArt, for transporting guests to and from the property – and were entertained at Breezes Restaurant.
The event, on Friday, April 7, was hosted by Mr. Stephane Zaharia, President and General Manager of the property, who was accompanied by other senior and executive staff.
Mr. Zaharia was pleased to inform the tax-divers that the Reef by CuisinArt is now fully open with “great occupancy” and with more arrivals expected that day. “When customers asked you at Blowing Point where to go, and what to do, we have two restaurants that are open” he told the cab operators.
“They are Breezes which is open for breakfast, lunch and dinner; and we also offer breakfast for people who are not necessarily staying at the resort as well. It is only on Monday night that Breezes is closed. The other restaurant, the Yacht Club, is open every night, except Sunday night.”
He said there were a number of special packages for hotel guests and that all persons, including Anguillians, were welcomed to dine at the restaurants where discount rates were available for local persons.
The taxi-drivers were pleased to have been invited to the Reef by CuisinArt and recognised for their services. They took the opportunity to ask a number of questions and to pledge their commitment to excellence in carrying out their duties.
The Reef’s sister hotel, the landmark CuisinArt Golf Resort & Spa, now being refurbished following Hurricane Irma, will reopen on November 1, 2018.
