CuisinArt Employees Awarded For Second Quarter

Eighteen employees at CuisinArt Golf Resort and Spa received awards for outstanding performance during the property’s second quarterly celebrations on Friday, June 22. The awards were presented by General Manager, Stephane Zaharia, in association with Director of Human Resources, Carleen Gumbs, and members of staff of that Department.

The winners for February were Rhonda Hodge of Housekeeping and Teres Liburd of Guest Services at the Golf Course; Richard Connor of Landscaping at the Resort; and Travaughn Simpson of Golf Maintenance.

The winners for March were Kindra Gumbs of Venus Spa at the Resort; Linette Harrigan of Food and Beverage at Italia Restaurant at the Golf Club House; Candice Williams of Accounting at the Resort; and Luis Jalla of Landscaping at the Golf Course.

Those who won in April were Jovaughn Richardson of Food and Beverage Room Service at the Resort; Juan Fleming of Guest Services at the Golf Course; Rosemary Lynch-Gumbs of the Culinary Department at the Resort; and George Williams of Golf Maintenance.

All the above winners were awarded US$100, a framed certificate, a gift from the Boutique and dinner for two at Santorini, Café Mediterraneo, Tokyo Bay, or Italia Restaurant.

The Most Recognised Employee by guests was Karen Richardson of Concierge Services. She received US$50 and a framed certificate.

The Team Leaders were Carol Williams of Food and Beverage at Tokyo Bay; and Josefa Luisa-Bryan of the Laundry Department. They were each awarded $150, a plaque and dinner for two at any of the above four restaurants.

The Supervisors of the Quarter were Vincent Hodge of the Food and Beverage Bar, and Cristina Del Rosaio of the Culinary Department. They received US$200, a plaque, a spa treatment and dinner for two at any of the resort’s four restaurants.

The Manager of the Second Quarter was James Lake, Head of Security at the Golf Course. He received US$250, a plaque and one night stay for two at Oyster Bay Beach Resort in St. Maarten.
