RED CROSS RED AFFAIR 2017

The Anguilla Red Cross (ARC) closed out Red Cross month by hosting the second annual Red Affair Red Party at the Paradise Cove Resort on Saturday 27 May 2017. The grand affair went down without a glitch; and included a dinner, fashion show and auction. The Director of the ARC expressed appreciation to all the supporters, sponsors, volunteers, and donors for their generous contribution to the event. The Director highlighted that by participating in the Red Affair event, those who participated formed part of a global team of 97 million people, contributing daily to the humanitarian good of the Red Cross/Red Crescent Movement.

The Chairman of the ARC’s Governing Committee, Mr. Frank Cannon, thanked various organizations and persons in the Anguillan community, and within the ARC for their generous contributions to make the event possible, including: Mr. Vanburn Brooks, Paradise Cove Resort, Les Grandes Vins de France Wine Shop, Trans Anguilla Airways, Klass FM 92.9, Kool FM 103.3, Radio Anguilla 95.5 FM, Mrs. Chrislyn Hughes, BEP Services, Mr. & Mrs. Mario Samuel, Mrs. Evelyn Hodge, Mrs. Charla J Hobson, Mrs. Sabrina Boodram, DJ Swatt, DJs Brothers Grimm, Ms. Melisse Peffer, Ms. Kurlida Richardson & ARC Youth Group, Mr. Zuri Wilkes, Tropical Treats, Dungeon Gym, Nikhils Fashion.
