The Anguilla Community Action Network (ACAN) is a non-profit, non-governmental organization launched on Friday 1st, December 2006. ACAN’s mandate is to improve the quality of life of persons infected and affected by the worldwide pandemic, HIV/AIDs.
Over the past ten years, the organization has grown and made many strides in achieving this goal; such as, recognition by the Pan American Health Organization (PAHO) under the EU Project, and the development of a five year strategic plan.
