On Sunday, November 20th, the Omololu International School hosted their 3rd Annual Anguilla Culinary on the Omololu Campus. The event brought together people, businesses, and restaurants from across Anguilla to celebrate food and culture. It was open to the general public and offered a silent auction with items from Ani Villas, The Scuba Shack, Dolphin Discovery, EPIC RIDES Bicycles, and many restaurants throughout Anguilla. This year’s prestigeous item was a pair of white handmade Adirondack Chairs.
Eleven different restaurants from across the island participated, offering tasty cuisine. They included Veya, Meze, CuisinArt, Sandbar, Picante, Roy’s Bayside Grill, Ciao Café and, for the first time, Four Seasons Resort, Zemi Beach Resort, Spice of India and Village Bake House. There were a number of retail vendors including Petal’s Boutique, Caribbean Soaps and Sundries, Essentials Office Supplies, Tropical Treats, Dolphin Discovery, Anguilla’s Jammin’ and Jewel Art. Also others who made this event possible included Lauralyn Brickhouse, Paradigm Solutions, Max Printing, Anguilla Sea Salt & Mini Golf, Artisan Restaurant, Tropical Distributors, Grands Vins de France, Traditional Sailing Charters, Seaside Stables, Pumphouse, Ferryboat Inn, Strawhat Restaurant, Meads Bay Beach Villas, Malliouhana Resort, Digicel Anguilla, Anguilla Tennis Academy and Anguilla Water Sports.
