A series of special services in the Anglican, Methodist and Roman Catholic Churches inAnguillamarked the observance of the Easter Season, with the traditional Palm Sunday procession from The Valley Trough to the three nearby churches.

The participating Clergy at the Palm Sunday gathering comprised Assistant Anglican Priest, Rev. Menes Hodge, who delivered the homily; Fr. Pawel (Paul) Czoch of St. Gerard’s Roman Catholic Church; and Rev.

Rosemary Julius of theMethodistChurch.

The Easter religious events will continue on Good Friday, April 6, a public holiday and Easter Day, April 7. The Easter Monday public holiday – April 10, will be marked by the 2nd Annual Solaire Cup Boat Race atMeadsBayand other social and cultural activities on the island.
