Chief Executive Officer of his law firm in Anguilla, Caribbean Juris Chambers, John Benjamin, has been appointed Acting Justice of the Eastern Caribbean Supreme Court for the second time.
He will now assume the appointment as Acting High Court Judge for Nevis and Montserrat from April 15 to August 31. He was appointed by the Judicial and Legal Services Commission in Castries, St. Lucia. The Instrument of Appointment was signed by Chief Justice, Hugh Rawlins.
Mr. Benjamin was first appointed Acting Judge during the month of February and was assigned to the Nevis Circuit.
