As the Sandy Hill Community enjoyed a family day and fundraising event, on the Birthday of Mr Ronald Webster (March 2, 2015) so too, but separately, were four-members of a family originally from the United Kingdom.

They were Mr Rory Purcell, Chief Engineer at Cuisinart Golf Resort and Spa, and his three sisters, visiting the island. “Anguilla is a very lovely place. It is fantastic and we love it” the sisters said.

Their brother, Mr Purcell, a long-time resident in Anguilla, was delighted in having his siblings with him and sharing in the beauty of the island.
“They are my family and I love them,” he remarked. “At the same time, they are very influential people. They are opinion-makers in their own cities and I know they will go back and spread the word, and the gospel, of the delights of Tranquility Wrapped in Blue,” using Anguilla’s tourism marketing slogan.
