The Hon. Dr. Timothy Harris
Prime Minister
Government of St. Kitts and Nevis

Dear Prime Minister,

On behalf of the Government and people of Anguilla, and on my own behalf, I extend sincere congratulations to you and the members of the Unity Party on your resounding victory at the polls this week in St. Kitts and Nevis.

The results clearly demonstrate a desire by the people of St. Kitts and Nevis for a new direction in the governance of the country. They have reposed that confidence in your new administration.
You are taking on the reigns of leadership and government at a challenging time in our region when our small and fragile economies are still trying to rebound from the economic recession.

But you clearly have a mandate from your people to chart a new course of prosperity for St. Kitts and Nevis and so please therefore accept my very best wishes for the future, and all prosperity and success to your Government, and may God continue to bless you and the people of St. Kitts and Nevis.

Sincerely
Hubert B. Hughes
Chief Minister of Anguilla
