In speaking with Sgt. Duncan, she indicated that her greatest achievement in the RAPF was the ability to serve the people of Anguilla. She also indicated that the most challenging aspect of the job was always gaining the cooperation of the public and dealing with the varying personalities.

Sgt. Duncan leaves the RAPF with no regrets and would like to advise all those who maybe considering employment in the RAPF to take on the challenge and use the opportunity as a stepping stone towards their personal development. Her advice to her colleagues is to take the job seriously and to work hard and to give their best at all times.
