Dear Mr Editor:
GO TO HELL
I wish to use your paper to publicly express my disappointment with Caribbean Cable TV (CCC) in the aftermath of Hurricane Gonzalo. When I saw the destruction of our electricity poles and lines, I said to myself it would take months before we have electricity again. But kudos to ANGLEC – in a few days power was back. ANGLEC did a great job. It certainly had the interests of its customers at heart. Kudos also to LIME for its relatively uninterrupted service apart from a few hiccups here and there. You deserve your number one spot as our telephone and internet provider.
So what’s wrong with CCC? What is its staff doing all this time? As a service provider – in situations like these – you need to hire more staff to provide the people with the service for which they are paying a very high price. Did you? And, by the way, I notice in The Anguillian newspaper that you had the audacity to remind us to pay our bills on time for a service which most of us are not getting.
CCC, you have many dissatisfied and angry customers. Imagine that some two weeks plus many of us are still without TV. Oh how I wish there was another TV provider so that I could tell you: “Go to hell”.
Sincerely
An angry CCC customer
