The event, on the grounds of the Scouts and Guides Ruthwill Auditorium, attracted just under sixty boys and girls from Island Harbour, East End, South Hill, Blowing Point and The Valley.

Cub Scout Leader, Heather Reid, said the training, in part, was the completion of a previous camp in Dominica earlier this year, towards the achievement of Gilwell Badges, Ties, Scarfs and other paraphernalia.

In addition to Ms Reid, the other camp leaders were Morlene Rogers, Patmore Hughes, Ethyln Gumbs, Lyndon Hodge and Winston Duncan.
