Up to press time, Thursday, January 2, a full tally of the number of executive jets which flew into Anguilla over the Christmas and New Year’s Day holiday season was not available as the ground-handing operations busily continued at the Clayton Lloyd International Airport.
A spokesperson for Lloyd’s Aviation Services disclosed however that on Boxing Day, Thursday, December 26, there were some forty flights into the island. It was the busiest day recorded. In general, the large number of flights kept Lloyd’s Aviation Services very busy during all of the days.
The largest jets to have flown into Anguilla over the holiday season were the Global Expresses. Others were G 4s and G 5s, Citations and Lear jets.

They flew in from several cities in the United States, Europe and Canada.
