The Department of Public Administration conducted the second training session for officers who are officially retiring within a year or two. The sessions, under the theme ‘From work to Retirement’ were held from November 19, 2013 to November 21, 2013 at the Teachers’ Resource Centre – 8:30 a.m. to 12 noon daily.
Public Administration recognizes that while the transition ‘from work to retirement’ may be new and exciting, it can also be a traumatic experience. Consequently, the sessions were aimed at providing the retiring officers with some information on a wide range of topics to assist them as they prepare for the next phase in their lives.

• Estate Planning/Management and Wills
• Staying Healthy and Happy – Medical Issues, Fitness, Wellness and Diet
