FOUR SEASONS RESORT & RESIDENCES ANGUILLA CELEBRATES GROWTH AND ACHIEVEMENT: 2024 / 2025 SEASON

At Four Seasons Resort and Residences Anguilla, our commitment to identifying and nurturing talent remains steadfast. As we reflect on the 2024 / 2025 season, we are thrilled to announce the promotions of 33 exceptional employees, 10 of whom have been promoted to the esteemed roles of Supervisor, Manager or Director.

We extend our heartfelt congratulations to all team members who have achieved upward movement this season. Their dedication, hard work, and passion for excellence inspire us all. Special recognition is given to the following individuals whose journeys exemplify growth and commitment:

• Cavelle Fleming – Cavelle joined as a Turndown Attendant in 2022. That same year, she was promoted to Housekeeping Coordinator and has now risen to the position of Housekeeping Supervisor.

• Di-Maria Bryan – Starting as a Hostess in 2022, Di-Maria has recently advanced to Concierge Supervisor.

• Genford Young – Joining in 2016 as a Night Cleaner, Genford has now elevated to the role of Stewarding Supervisor.

• Romero Gumbs – Romero began as a Pool and Beach Attendant in 2016, advanced to Lead Attendant in 2021, and now holds the title of Pool & Beach Supervisor.

• Velroy Vanterpool – Velroy’s journey began in 2016 as a Pool and Beach Attendant. After transferring to Sunset Lounge as a Server in 2018, and then SALT in 2019, Velroy has now been promoted to Food & Beverage Supervisor.

• Delvicia MacDonna – Since joining as a Night Auditor in 2021, Delvicia has risen to the role of Assistant Front Office Manager.

• Jemaurah Richardson – Jemaurah who first joined the in 2016 and rejoined in 2018, progressed from Lead Server to Supervisor in 2021 and now holds the position of Assistant Food & Beverage Manager.

• Kenrick Richardson – Kenrick has climbed the culinary ladder, starting as Cook 3 and quickly advancing as Cook 2, Cook 1 and most recently, Chef de Partie.

• Charlina Laville – Charlina joined in 2019 as an Administrative Assistant in the Engineering Department. Promoted to Engineering Office Supervisor in 2023, she now serves as Assistant Engineering Manager.

• Eldon Hull – Eldon’s journey began as Purchasing Supervisor in 2016, followed by promotions to Purchasing Manager in 2019 and Director of Purchasing most recently.
We are immensely proud of our team and grateful for their exemplary dedication to providing outstanding service. Their success is a reflection of our shared commitment to excellence.

Together, we celebrate their achievements and look forward to their continued contributions to the Four Seasons legacy of unparalleled service and hospitality.
