August 2023 – Cap Juluca, A Belmond Hotel, Anguilla, an exclusive oasis on the pristine sands of the Anguilla’s famed platinum beach, is delighted to announce that it proudly participated in the “Hello Tourist Program”.
More than just a luxury resort and a household name, Cap Juluca is all about the people, the culture and all the meaningful ways in which we are able to enrich our local community. In this area, we confidently shine, wholeheartedly embodying that spirit of community by giving back and supporting our future generations’ development.

Cap Juluca is therefore proud to support an educational initiative called “The Hello Tourist Programme”. This initiative is not new to Cap Juluca and is suited for students in their final year at primary level, that is, grade six. This year, we partnered with the Ministry of Education and Candis Niles, Rep. of ANT to host nine children and two chaperones from the Alwyn Allison Richardson Primary School (AARPS) to have a full one-night tourist experience in our luxury accommodation on July 26th. During their stay the students had the opportunity to experience our check-in process, greeted by our General Manager Sasha Tyas and our Resort Manager, Anthony Bradford. They were offered a welcome drink upon arrival, turndown amenities and the following morning their day started with an early bird swim in the ocean followed by an enticing Julucan breakfast at Cips by Cipriani. The departure was as late as possible so that they could enjoy the beach and ride the fun turquoise bikes around the property. They enjoyed every moment of their stay, which was evident in their healthy laughter and bubbly enthusiasm, their engagement and interest for their future contribution within the sector.

We are thrilled that we have embarked on this initiative with our partners, and we are looking forward to continuing supporting our local population and future leaders in better understanding the craftmanship behind hospitality and this beautiful industry.
