It is with great pleasure that we announce the appointment of our very own Denyinabid “Denyi” Heredia as the new Hotel Assistant Manager at the Four Seasons Ten Trinity Square in London, United Kingdom effective May 1, 2023.
Denyi began her career in hospitality in 2013 as a PBX Agent with Viceroy, Anguilla. In 2016, she joined Four Seasons Resort & Residences as a Guest Experiences Agent and was promoted to Concierge Supervisor in 2019.
Denyi has always been an exceptional worker and as a result of her performance, commitment and dedication to her role, she was again promoted to the post of Assistant Front Office Manager in October 2021.
Denyi is a graduate of Monroe College, NY, having completed an Associate’s Degree in Hospitality Management in December 2021.
In her spare time, Denyi enjoys spending time with her two “babies” (her puppies) and her lovely family in Anguilla.
While we are saddened to lose Denyi, we celebrate with her success on this grand achievement and wish her the very best on her new journey.
