James Beard Award-Winning Chef Nina Compton to host ‘Flavors of Malliouhana’

Malliouhana is delighted to introduce the second installment of their new culinary series, ‘Flavors of Malliouhana’, a curated series of epicurean experiences celebrating our island’s rich gastronomic traditions,this time, with James Beard award-winning Chef Nina Compton, best known for her beloved New Orleans restaurants Compère Lapin and Bywater American Bistro. Born and raised on the island of St. Lucia, Chef Compton’s style of cooking celebrates the culinary harmonies between the cuisine of her island and that of France and Italy.

The culinary experience will begin from July 22nd to 24th 2022 with Chef Compton, as she hosts a weekend of immersive events and culinary experiences, including a welcome cocktail party at Bar Soleil at $65, an intimate cooking class with limited availability and a closing Brunch at Celeste at $75 with all fees and tax included. Chef Compton will continue to produce exclusive menu items with Malliouhana’s Executive Chef Andrea Ferrandi at Celeste until August 19th 2022.
