JTR SUPERVISORS BENEFIT FROM TRAINING PROGRAMME FACILITATED BY THE WELLNESS CENTRE

Supervisors at the local security firm, JTR, this week benefitted from a training programme facilitated by the Wellness Centre.

Areas covered included Introduction to Supervision, Building a Positive Work Climate, Customer Service, Building Positive Relationships in the workplace, Supervisors and the Labour Law, and Managing Workplace Conflict.

Workshop facilitators were Mrs. Marilyn Hodge the owner and manager of the Wellness Centre, the Hon. Kenneth Hodge and Mr. Carl Ruan.

Speaking during the closing ceremony on Tuesday evening, Mrs. Hodge thanked the owner of JTR, Mr. Franklyn Rogers, for once again choosing the Wellness Centre as their training facility of choice, and wished the participants and their organisation continued success in the future.
