ANGUILLA POPULATION AND HOUSING CENSUS 2022 – QUESTIONS AND ANSWERS

THE VALLEY – Anguilla is expected to undertake the enumeration phase of the Anguilla Population and Housing (AP&H) Census 2022 in June 2022. Census Day in Anguilla is Wednesday, June 15, 2022. As we prepare to enter the field, we have attempted to provide some response to questions we think may be unclear.

The role of the householders/general public

Includes being;

? informed about the AP&H Census 2022,

? available to the field officers – enumerators/supervisors who will be assigned to your Enumeration District (ED) and visit every household within their ED,

? accessible to the field officers – enumerators/supervisors by opening gates and answering the doors;

? neighbourly – ensure the safety of the field officers – enumerators/supervisors while they are in your neighbourhood and making sure that they reach the next house safely as well as putting away any dogs vicious or otherwise while they are in the vicinity,

? involved. If you suspect your household has been missed, taking steps to ensure that it is counted. Call the Census Office – 497-5731,

? cooperative. It is vital for the success of the AP&H Census 2022 that each and every one of us give the field officers – enumerators/supervisors full cooperation. We will serve our country and ourselves if we answer the AP&H Census 2022 questions accurately and completely,
