ANGUILLA—The island’s Lions Club gathered on Saturday, April 23, at the Old Boys School in The Valley to pack twenty-four large bags with food-stuff and toiletries for distribution. Frozen meats, cooking oil, rice, sugar, pasta and other uncooked foods, purchased with donated funds raised during the Club’s Christmas season carolling throughout the island, were packed and then distributed to persons identified by the club members.
