Governor Daniel Selvaratnam and Commissioner Lynch with students and parents

Winners of the Royal Anguilla Police Force (RAPF) Christmas Card Competition, along with their parents, attended an award ceremony hosted by Her Excellency the Governor, Dileeni Daniel Selvaratnam, on the grounds of Government House.

In keeping with the spirit of Christmas and to foster greater relationships between the RAPF and the Anguillian community, Her Excellency the Governor and the Commissioner of Police arranged the Christmas Card Competition for all primary school children under the theme: Christmas, Peace and Community Togetherness.
Designers of the four winning cards were announced by the Governor who presented each one of them with an award certificate and a monetary $US50.00 gift card. All of the students who participated in the competition received certificates of appreciation.

The designers of the winning cards are: Ella Bissell, Grade 6, Omololu International School; Dishita Chhatlani, Grade 5, Omololu International School; Shae Wills, Grade 4, Orealia Kelly Primary School; and Nia Whyte, Grade 2, Orealia Kelly Primary School.

The Anguillian commends all of the students who participated in the competition and congratulates the four winners.
