The Anguilla Hotel and Tourism Association congratulates Mr. Jameel Rochester,and other regional scholarship awardees on offered awarded scholarships from Le Roche, for 2021.
Mrs. Gilda Gumbs Samuel, CEO of the Anguilla Hotel and Tourism Associaiton, and who holds a seat on the Edcation Committees, said she is especially poud of Jameel Rochester, as he had the highest scores within an impressive and intensive list of awardees.
The Anguilla Hotel and Tourism Association is proud and pleased to have one of Anguilla’s finest young Tourism Professionals within this prestigious group of young regional awardings.
It was a very wide and competitive group of applicants, and the selection process was challenging, but in the end we were successful in awardee these scholarships to the top contenders.
Mrs Samuel said, The Anguilla Hotel and Tourism Association continues to be proud of being able to assist in facilitating these opportunities to young tourism professionals , and look forwarrd to being able to extend its trainign and scholarship opportunities to a broader range on Anguilla.
The Associaiton is refocusing its intention to assist and ensure that Anguillia’s young nationals are properly trained, and made ready to deliver the best service within our tourism sector – which is our main income generator.
Gilda extends a special thank you to Belmont Cap Juluca, for providing holiday stays which enable the Educational Foundation to continue its excellent annual auctions, and to provide assitance to the regeion awardees in the form of scholarships.
