The National Commercial Bank of Anguilla Ltd. (NCBA) in addition to its efforts in delivering service excellence to its valuable customers and stakeholders, prides itself on its focus on staff development, talent management and succession planning. Our aim is to ensure that our staff are prepared and groomed for the next level, and can be key contributors in the communities which we proudly serve. Towards this end, we congratulate the following senior employees who have been recently promoted:
Marisa Gumbs:
Ms. Marisa Gumbs who previously held the position of Manager Projects & Card Services, has been promoted to the role of Executive Manager Projects & Banking Services. This position is overall responsible for the banking operations of the bank, card services, projects and online support. Ms. Gumbs who holds a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing brings to her new role over 20 years of banking experiences with expertise in several areas including marketing, retail banking and projects. She has been with the Bank from its inception in 2016.
Romare Kelsick:
Mr. Romare Kelsick has been promoted from the position of Senior Supervisor Data Processing to the position of Manager Banking Services. His new position will oversee the retail banking functions of the Bank as well as Data Processing. Mr. Kelsick is a seasoned banker with well over 20 years of banking experience, and has been with NCBA from its inception in 2016. Mr. Kelsick also plays a key role in assisting with staff activities and functions.
Talitha Webster:
Ms. Talitha Webster has been reassigned from the position of Manager Customer Care & Sales to the position of Internal Auditor. Ms. Webster possesses a Master’s Degree in Finance and a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration and almost 20 years of banking experience. Ms. Webster brings a wealth of banking experience to her new role ranging from operations, retail banking and credit. She too has also been with the Bank from its inception.
