Minimum wage/living wage Legislation. Anguillian workers deserve the respect of a wage their can live on. The current minimum wage legislation is crippled with bureaucracy.
Freedom of Information Act. Too often critical information is kept from the public hidden behind a veil of confidentiality or national security.
Constitutional and Electoral Reform for the draft new Constitution. The new draft informed by the public consultations will be brought to the House before engaging the UK negotiating team.
Population growth policy. Reduce the number of years required for permanent residency if persons buy land and build homes. Intent to increase the population.
Amendments to Labour Relations Act to include acceptable health and safety measures and equality and human rights
Collective Bargaining Act. To address trade unions and collective bargaining.
Multiyear work permits for certain sectors such as Finance, Banking. Attract professionals and firms which will enhance the Financial Services sector.
Understudy and Career Development Policy. This is long overdue and will bolster the understudy requirement for work permits.
Update the Immigration and Passport Act 1980. Outdated.
Upgrades to the Advanced Passenger Information System (APIS)
Review of the Registered Lands Act 2011. Outdated.
Develop a Crown Lands Policy to deal with leases of crown land. It has been noted that buildings built on leased crown land have fallen into arrears and the land is in jeopardy if there are buyers for the building.

Legislation for Renewable energy integration. To include renewable energy legislation, grid-tie, net metering, clean energy concessions.
Legislation for Amalgamation of Public Utilities to merge water and electricity.
Amendments to Jet-ski Prohibition Act to allow jet-skis in specified areas and limit permits to indigenous Anguillians.

Information Technology and E-governance policy to make government services more efficient and effective.
Blue and green economy policies which will capitalize on the work of the Blue Anguilla (BANG) Task Force and our need for clean renewable energy and ‘green’ spaces. Climate change is real causing rising oceans, coastline erosion, dangerous and prolonged droughts and floods, severe hurricanes. We all have to do our part whether we are Small Island Developing States (SIDS) or Big Ocean Territories . We are paying the price for the ills of the Developed Countries. We have contributed very little to the carbon emissions and the pollution, which has caused rises in temperature, but we bear the brunt of the effect such as super storms and rising ocean levels. We must engage in mitigation and adaptation and be ready when funding is made available to save our island home and the surrounding ocean habitat.

Business Development policy and a Fiscal Incentives Act, which will provide guidance for future MOUs. These will allow standardization of incentives and exemptions
Conditional Duties Exemptions policy. This will list the items and organisations eligible for duty concessions so each request does not have to go to the House of Assembly for approval.
Business Licence Act 2021. Act to replace the current Business Licence Act, set up a Licencing Board, protection for indigenous businesses, eliminate ‘fronting’.

Capital Development Fund Regulations to regulate the Fund formed when persons obtain residency by cash contributions of US$150000.
Public Lotteries Amendments Act. To include gaming legislation for casino type activities.

Amendment to Financial Administration and Audit Act. To update the FAA to improve regulation of financial management in the central government as well as to cover Statutory Bodies.
Excise Tax (Amendment) Act. To remove the Domestic Excise Tax component. Enacted 1 October 2019 where a tax is charged on items produced in Anguilla such as concrete blocks, hurricane shutters, fishing boats, sail boats and yachts . This would increase the cost of products produced in Anguilla. We have asked for draft legislation to repeal this Tax.
