August 18 – The Valley Anguilla- The recent COVID-19 Update published by the Ministry of Health identified three (3) of the active positive cases on island as employees of NCBA. As a result, we have escalated our COVID-19 Response measures to Stage 3. The measures outlined below are enacted with your health and safety in mind, as well as that of our staff and the wider community. These changes will take effect from Thursday, 19th August 2021:
TEMPORARY CLOSURE OF BOTH BRANCHES: In order to facilitate complete testing and contact tracing of all employees, the St. Mary’s Branch and West End Service Centre will be closed until the situation has been thoroughly assessed and we can safely resume operations.
CASH WITHDRAWALS: Cash Withdrawals will only be processed through the ATMs. Customers are expected to use their debit cards to withdraw cash through the ATM. Due to the closure of the bank ‘s operations, ATMs will not be replenished until we resume operations. We therefore urge customers to be mindful of others and make small withdrawals at the ATM, a maximum pay-out of US$1,000 or EC$2,700 will be allowed during this period.
USE OF DEBIT CARDS TO MAKE PURCHASES: Customers are encouraged to use their debit cards to pay for goods and services through the use of the point-of-sale machines at the various service providers across the island. Customers are allowed to make larger purchases using this medium.
ONLINE BANKING SERVICES: Customers are strongly encouraged to utilise the online banking services for the following:
