THE VALLEY, ANGUILLA – Digicel Anguilla announces the promotion of Keithroy Proctor to Head of Consumer Sales & Digital. Effective June 1, 2021, Mr Proctor has assumed responsibility for all aspects of consumer sales & marketing, customer experience and the operations of the company’s digital products and services. This move is a natural progression from his role as Digicel’s ‘Go to Market’ Executive, which he assumed in July 2020, although his Digicel journey began in 2005 as a Sales Agent.
Informed by his diverse professional background, Keithroy brings an impressive array of relevant skills and competencies to this senior management role. With academic credentials in Accounting and Marketing, Keithroy enjoyed four years as a Senior Accountant in New York for one of the reputable ‘Big Four’ global accounting firms, Ernst & Young, where, in addition to sound financial knowledge, he developed his aptitude for using data and technology to drive business. He subsequently segued into project management at the world’s leading proprietor of royal kidswear, the prestigious Childrensalon in London, where he married data science with creative visioning to improve the company’s decision-making processes.
In discussing his priorities for his new role, Keithroy’s enthusiasm for exceeding customer experiences is evident—this passion being developed during his time managing ultra-luxurious villas and guest relations at Four Seasons Anguilla. With business acumen honed in major international cities and an exceptional customer-focused orientation, Digicel is confident in Keithroy’s ability to take the company to the next level in its digital revolution.
