L-R: Mr Fabian Proctor of JW Proctors Supermarket and Ms Merline M Barrett President of the Anguilla Bar Association

On 29th June 2021, Ms. Merline M. Barrett, President of the Anguilla Bar Association, handed over a cheque in the sum of US$1,500 to Mr. Fabian Proctor of JW Proctors Supermarket, one of our locally owned and family operated supermarkets, for the purchase of fifteen (15) food vouchers valued at US$100.00 each. The food vouchers are redeemable at JW Proctors Supermarket and will be distributed to members of the Anguilla community who have been the hardest hit by the ongoing Covid-19 pandemic. Recipents of the vouchers will also receive a 10% discount on all items purchased with the voucher.
The Anguilla Bar Association sees this donation as part of its mandate of giving back to the Anguilla community and intends to do further community outreach programmes in the immediate future.
The Anguilla Bar Association would like to thank the Management and Staff of JW Proctors for partnering with, and facilitating, this outreach. Thanks is also extended to Members of the legal fraternity who have made this donation a reality.

– Contributed by the Executive of the Anguilla Bar Association
