Commissioner of the Royal Anguilla Police Force Mr. David Lynch, commenced a series of face to face lecture with all officers of the RAPF. The aim of the lecture is geared towards establishing a level of understanding and expectations between the Commissioner, the Officers and the Civilian Staff. So far, the session can be described as informative and highly interactive. The officers seemed very willing and receptive to accept the proposed approach. The lectures will run for the next three days which will give Commissioner Lynch an opportunity to hear officers concern and suggestions, and at the same time, allow an opportunity to get interactive with them.
In the preceding week, suggestion boxes were strategically placed throughout Police Headquarters to give officers an opportunity to express their concerns and suggestions which Commissioner Lynch will address at these face to face session.
