In response to a number of concerns raised in a series of recently conducted stakeholder meetings, the
Department of Education has created an eLearning Anonymous Feedback Form designed to enable students, teachers and parents to report their eLearning challenges and concerns.
The form will provide fields for stakeholders to anonymously identify the school, grade/form class and
subject. The details provided via the eLearning Anonymous Feedback Form will allow the Department to
follow-up on, and where necessary, troubleshoot stakeholders’ concerns.
The eLearning Anonymous Feedback Form can be accessed, with immediate effect, via https://forms.gle/64A2HhuQf4qYjNL4A or by scanning the QR code on the attached flyer.
The Department of Education views the eLearning Anonymous Feedback Form
as an important step in our continued efforts to maintain open lines of communication with our valued stakeholders during these unprecedented times.
